Google search is working again ... was that a glimpse of failure ?

Google search seems to be back to normal again .. no more warnings anymore.

So we saw Google fail, albeit briefly .. but what went wrong .. I'm
curious if this'll ever hit the news ?

Google search is failing: (nearly) all sites are marked as "this site may harm your computer"

Hi,

Like most people I use Google to search the internet ... but now
Google search isn't working.

(Nearly) All the search results are displayed with the Google warning
"This site may harm your computer" (even trusted sites like the BBC
News site).
Clicking on a search result then leads to a Google interstitial site
"Malware warning", from which no further movements can be made .. as
most Google help / support sites (now) seem inaccessible.

Is this history in the making ... the day that Google failed ?
